Pregnancy is really an awesome stage for any women as it makes them feel special and happy. The expectation of arrival of a new baby in family brings joy in whole family. While you are expecting pregnancy or already conceived a new baby then you should always try to keep few below given points in mind which will make pregnancy an enjoyable venture for any women-
- Eat five to six meals in a day and drink ample of fluids like eight to ten glasses a day
- Take a prenatal vitamin each day as directed by your obstetrician
- Do not drink alcohol and smoke
- During pregnancy wearing comfortable and non-restricting shoes will let you feel pleasurable
- Don’t take over-the-counter medications or herbal remedies without first consulting your obstetrician
- High level of anxiety can cause preterm birth and low birth weight hence you should avoid this
- Take minimum of 25 mg of DHA daily during pregnancy
