Thus, whether you are working full time outside the home or relaxing at home, the meals you take should be on time. A meal can be as simple as a bowl of cereal and fruit with soy milk, peanut butter and crackers or a baked potato and a salad.
Expectant moms must include folate (folic acid), iron, calcium, omega-3 fats and fiber in her diet as it plays important role in a healthy pregnancy.
Folate-rich leafy green vegetables, beans and citrus fruits, iron-rich lean red meats, fish, poultry and dried fruits, low-fat dairy are high on list to simplify your life in a delicious way.
Moreover, fatty foods and sweets like doughnuts, chips, sodas, cookies and candy etc don’t give your baby enough of what he needs to grow.
